Recent sale fail is an opportunity for anyone who loves log homes, state of the art systems, acres to roam and a killer west-facing view of Eastsound.
It’s always hard to have a transaction not make it to closing, but sometimes the parties just aren’t able to “meet in the middle”. This one is especially heartbreaking for me because the sellers are some of my favorite return clients and are ready to move on to the next phase of their lives – unfortunately that isn’t going to be on Orcas Island.
We are fortunate that we still have the long summer selling season ahead. And I’m confident this property will speak to the heart of its next owner sometime soon.
